•   Site Selection
Selecting a viable site is one of the most important decisions you
and we will make. We know what works and what doesn't. We know how to negotiate
a lease that protects your investment and our brand. So while you can choose a
site, we will decide if it's a go and we
will negotiate with the landlord.
•   Store Design and Construction
Our design company will work with you to prepare plans that will
maximize the sales potential of your site, create a functional work environment for you and your staff and give
your customers a pleasant dining experience; all free of charge. We will guide you through the tendering and
contractor selection process and make sure you stay on track.
•   Financing
Although we don't offer in house financing, we can help you arrange yours
with a recognized financing institution. We can advise you and your accountant on preparing an analysis
of your operating costs but of course we can't help you with sales projections.
•   Training
Our comprehensive online and in-store two week training program is designed to
prepare you for the challenges of opening, operating and growing your own business.
•   Advertising
In the beginning we will redirect the majority of your advertising contributions back
into your market to help you drive customers through your doors. As we grow the
chain, we will develop regional and national advertising in consultation with our
franchisees who will serve on our advertising councils.
•   Opening and Ongoing Support
We will be with you before, during and after opening to
help you apply what you have learned in training and to make sure your opening
goes as planned. Then, on a monthly basis, we will visit your restaurant to
assess your operations and help you to continue to develop your operating and
marketing skills.
