Hop on the Mexican food train.
Burritos, tacos and quesadillas are enjoying growing popularity as more and more
people discover the flavours of Mexico and the Southwest.
Quesada is more than just burritos. But burritos will always be what we do best.
Made-Fresh-Daily Salsa and Guacamole
At Quesada, salsa does not come in a can. It never has and never will. We make our salsas fresh
daily using fresh produce and authentic Mexican ingredients like tomatillos, chile del arbol and
morita chiles.
Our guacamole is made with fresh Hass avocados. You won't find frozen pulp in our kitchen.
We'd rather run out of the stuff.
Flavour is more than just HEAT
If you want heat, we have it. But we also have tangy and smokey.
From the beginning we have focused on healthy food and a variety of fresh toppings; like
chopped cilantro and diced jalapeno.
We make our marinades and seasonings using a variety of chile peppers from
the hottest habaneros to milder ancho and pasillas.
We add smoke with chipotle morita and sweetness with lime.
BLAND IS NOT AN OPTION.
